By purchasing from Bria Customs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Custom Orders
All items are handmade and customized. Because of the nature of custom work:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges
2. Payments
- Full payment is required before work begins
- Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout or provided directly if ordering via DM
- Orders will not be started until payment is confirmed
3. Changes to Orders
Changes can be made only if your order has not yet been started.
Once production begins, no changes can be made.
Additional fees may apply for approved changes.
4. Turnaround & Rush Orders
- Standard turnaround: 2–4 weeks
- Rush orders are subject to availability and require an additional rush fee
- All customs are completed in the order they are received
5. Shipping
- Shipping fees are separate from custom pricing
- Once your order is shipped, Bria Customs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages
6. Artistic Variations
Because all customs are handmade:
- Minor variations may occur
- Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings
7. Refusal of Service
Bria Customs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to disrespectful behavior, lack of communication, or failure to follow policies.
