• Do you have premade shoes or items in stock?
No. I do not keep premade customs or ready-to-ship items.
All customs are made to order based on your selected size and design.
• How do I place an order?
To place an order:
- Choose your custom style
- Select your size and options
- Complete payment at checkout
Once payment is received, your order is officially secured.
Special Orders:
Some custom orders, especially those requiring specific design details or quotes, may be placed directly through Instagram or TikTok messaging. This allows for a personalized consultation to ensure your custom pair is exactly what you want.
Payment Methods:
We accept Apple Pay, Zelle, Chime, and Cash App for all orders directly through messaging. Full payment is required to secure your custom pair.
• Do you require a deposit?
No. Full payment is required upfront to begin all custom orders.
Orders will not be started without payment.
• What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, not including shipping.
I also offer a rush option for clients who need their order sooner (limited availability).
• Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. A $100 rush fee applies and must be approved before placing your order.
Rush slots are limited and availability is not guaranteed.
• Do you provide the shoes or do I send them?
I provide the shoes for all custom orders.
Please do not send shoes to me.
• How much do customs cost?

Yes, rhinestones are applied securely, but customs should be worn with care.
Normal wear may cause minimal stone loss over time.

• Do you offer portrait or hand-drawn customs?
No. I do not create portrait customs, hand-drawn artwork, or freehand illustrations (such as faces, characters, or detailed drawings).
