All shoes are custom-made to order. I do not keep premade customs or ready-to-ship items in stock. Each pair is created specifically for you based on the details you provide and which custom is ordered through our website.

-Custom Requests & Pricing

If you are interested in a specific custom, a style not listed on the website, or would like to make custom changes, please contact me before placing your order so I can confirm availability and provide an accurate quote.

• Pricing varies depending on the style, size, materials, and level of detail
• You may order a custom not currently listed on the website
• Inspiration photos are welcome and encouraged
• I am always open to new ideas and creative projects

Please do not place an order for a custom style until pricing and details have been confirmed.

Special Orders:

Some custom orders, especially those requiring specific design details or quotes, may be placed directly through Instagram or TikTok messaging. This allows for a personalized consultation to ensure your custom pair is exactly what you want.

Payment Methods:

We accept Apple Pay, Zelle, Chime, and Cash App for all orders through direct messaging. Full payment is required to secure your custom pair.

-Design Limitations

Please note that I do not offer portrait-style customs, hand-drawn artwork, or freehand illustrations (including realistic faces, characters, or detailed drawings).

My work focuses on design-based customs, such as colorways, fabric, rhinestones, paint, and themed concepts.

If you’re unsure whether a design is something I can create, please message me before ordering so I can confirm.

Important Things to Know:

• Turnaround Time:
  Standard turnaround is 2–4 weeks, starting from the date full payment is received.
  A rush option may be available for an additional fee if you need your order sooner.
• Payment Policy:
  Full payment is required before any custom work begins. No exceptions.
• Creative Process:
  Some customs are freestyle, meaning I have full creative control while still following your general theme or color preferences.
• Sizing:
  Please double-check your shoe size before ordering. I am not responsible for sizing issues once the order is completed.
• Communication:
  Serious inquiries only. Please be ready to move forward when messaging about customs.
